Religion justifies everything with the umbrella statement, "God works in mysterious ways".
Most memorial services drone on and on about how the dead person is better off, because God has called that person "home".

Prior to my profound experience that I am about to share, I was already most comfortable with the term "atheist" but still struggled with defending myself against religious bullying.
