Why are you here?
"Here", as in "on Earth"? Or "here" as in at Think Atheist? All kidding aside, my daughter sent me a link to an article (People walking out on a Bill Nye lecture in Texas because, apparently, the moon does not shine on its own!) I started exploring, and my interest was piqued. That, plus reading Hitchens, Dawkins, Harris, et al, would have eventually guided me here.

Watered-down anti-bullying legislation in Michigan

"The Michigan Senate passed legislation Wednesday that requires school districts to develop anti-bullying policies, but the father of the boy for whom the bill is named says he has strong objections to language inserted at the last minute.
