The religion you left
Why you left your religion.
I was raised in a Xian family. Mom rarely went to church, Dad went once that I can recall. The descriptions of heaven I was taught in Sunday school made it the most boring place I could think of. As I learned the tenets of science, the bible made less and less sense. Around age 21 I stopped trying to believe in pie in the sky. At age 25, I came out of the Atheist closet.
