The religion you left

Christian, Catholic

Why you left your religion.

Grew up Catholic - got told I gotta donate money to starving people whilst the priest had solid gold stuff all throughout the church.
Went Christian - Watched people put on their sunday face, a week later, their wives' faces were covered in bruises because they didn't follow "His will" or whatever. Got sick of how violent the faith made (especially) the men.
