- About Me:
- I am currently studying religion at Indiana University in Indianapolis. We have an incredibly diverse and reputable staff, but I feel compelled more often to have common sense talks with the communities of religion. Of course, my studies have profoundly affected me personally and I explore my consciousness on that daily.
- Why are you here?
- As I mentioned my scholarly attitude, that flavors my style of speech, thought, and action. In exploring what genuine religion is, I am compelled to speak the community and share in our very human ability to interact. Likewise, I feel that secular/atheist communities are left out of the discussion of religion to ill effect.

- Christian, Buddhism, Was never a part of one
- Why you left your religion.
- I have never been deeply rooted in an organized religion through a house of worship, study, or communal association. My introductions to communities of faith have all been more of a determent to their group than an invitation.

I'm new to the community. Running on little sleep, lots of post-holiday annoyances, and a handful of sodas that should have been diet and caffeine free. Regardless, I stumbled here... took in some great reads and made a handful of replies.
