- I struggled with religion for the greater part of my life and lived with the fear that i knew deep in my heart that i didn't believe it. It was only after i let it go and accepted that i'll die someday that i found peace. Now looking back, it all seems so ridiculous that it's quite embarrassing to admit i was a part of it. This site looks like a place where people talk openly without busting out the torches and pitchforks, so i thought i'd give it a shot. ;)

I'm sick of Christians confusing Atheism with Satanism. Unlike religion, Atheism is based in science which is nothing more than unbiased observation of the universe around us. Everyone in the world, religious or not, "practices" science all the time just by observing their surroundings and forming an opinion.
