I got frustrated with the charade. Hundreds of people get together, sing songs that they don't listen to, watch a sermon they don't pay attention to, and then go home pretending they're now some how holy or spiritually superior to other people. They are close to the Creator of the universe because they sat in a chair for an hour doing nothing? In the end every time I went to church I simply became furiously angry and had to walk out.
I was set adrift from religion and after reading a little Dawkins there was no going back.
