Why you left your religion.
I am the product of an areligious background. I was provided a balanced societal grounding*, but was left to make my own rational judgments respecting ideologies.

If you study my site you will eventually understand what religion is and why it began. There is a simple problem of human physiology discovered when it caused mental breaks for office workers forty years ago. The cubicle was designed ti deal with the vision startle refelx to stop it by 1968.

In Biblical times too-small single-room living arrangements would have created all the "special circumstances" for Subliminal Distraction exposure and thus there would have been many of the mental breaks visual SD can cause.

What would have a first century person have thought when they began to hear voices? (Balaam's Ass and St Paul's conversion on the road to Damascus.)

Use my site contact page for communication. I have so many memberships that I don't use remote sites to communicate.
