Always felt that "god" was just another fairytale told to children to keep them in line. I never believed in Santa Clause, never believed in god, and didn't buy the tales of either. Family is stoutly Baptist, my grandparents even helped start a now rather large church.
Indy seems to lack skeptics. There was a group that has a webpage but no meeting information is provided. Even the resident GLBT community believes they have to Christians to act like the christian neanderthals.
And I'm a Hoosier who's father came very close to becoming a driver at the Speedway in the early 50's so I was born a race fan.
