- Silly question. Seems like a set up for a philosophical joke given the venue. I'm gonna pass.

- Why you left your religion.
- I was more appropriately never fully indoctrinated despite the best efforts of the bible belt religious family and a christian school. It always just seemed really dumb to me honestly. I tried to keep an open mind but I really liked dinosaurs and science as a child so from a very early age religious influences in my life were already responding to my questions with really absurd answers. I quietly observed the insanity till I was about 16 then I couldn't keep silent anymore and I've been openly atheist and perpetually beleaguered by christ's fantastical followers for more than a decade now.

A few guidelines for posting on TA: The FORUM should be used for discussions and debates, not for personal stories, for seeking advice, etc. The latter belongs more appropriately in your personal blog. When crossposting, please be sure to link to your source.
Before posting a video, please use the search function first to see if the video is already posted. TA tries to avoid duplicate videos. TA also does not allow music videos unless they are related directly to atheism.
