About Me:: I'm a Realtor in the Dallas market. My area is the NE quarter from i-30 to the Dallas North Tollway and I go as far out as Frisco/McKinney or Mesquite/Rockwall.

I really do love talking shop so if you have any questions about anything real estate it'd be my pleasure to assist.

Why are you here?: I'm an atheist and sometimes it's a lonely feeling. I've found that when you admit to yourself there is no god it leaves a pretty big void in your life, especially when I'm the only atheist I know.

Why you left your religion.: The easy confidence with which I know another man's religion is folly teaches me to suspect that my own is also. I would not interfere with any one's religion, either to strengthen it or to weaken it. I am not able to believe one's religion can affect his hereafter one way or the other, no matter what that religion may be. But it may easily be a great comfort to him in this life--hence it is a valuable possession to him.

Logic and common sense is really all it takes to realize that religious genocide all over the world is just dumb.

Here in Dallas, both my dentist and my general practitioner advertise themselves as "Christian Doctors." Fact is, it's hard to find a medical professional locally that *doesn't* do that. My fear is, does advertising that you are a "Christian Doctor" mean you abandon much of the scientific process that is critical to your practice?

In buying my house, my Realtor advertised herself as a "Christian Realtor" - I'm not sure how that's any different from a normal Realtor... Do you find that un-belief affects business at all? Especially in Dallas?
