About Me:
I'm an atheist, which is kind of ironic since I'm a marketing goddess.
Why are you here?
Spreading the disbelief, one broken spirit at a time.
The religion you left
Why you left your religion.
As a teenager, I actually read the gospels. Once I saw the contradictions in the same story told in different gospels, I realized that the bible couldn't be "god's word" told to man. If he was really god, he wouldn't screw up his own story.

Imagine No Religion

Posted on September 12, 2012 at 9:34am 0 Comments

The 11th Anniversary of the 9-11 attacks seems like an appropriate time to reflect on John Lennon's words and imagine what our lives would be like with no religion. Most atheists already know what it means to have no religion, at least on a personal level. But what about society as a whole? I find that the story of Job is one of the best examples of the Biblical god's moral failing. The follow is my response the theists that believe they follow a benevolent…

Why I don't believe.

Posted on August 9, 2010 at 11:28pm 6 Comments

When asked why I don't believe in a god, the best explanation I've been able to come up with is to point out how we are constantly learning how the universe works and none of the discoveries of the last century has been that there is a supernatural being waving a magic wand. I explain that since the bible was written all those years ago, man has… Continue

oh that Cynthia and her magic morality that just appears out of nowhere..

I wish she had stuck around. I wanted to point out the age of her children, which she would have had to have had at my age and ask her who's REALLY on track for early grandmahood now?
