Well I would gladly misspell my whole post for an iphone. Thanks for the comment, I didn't really expect anyone to read it.

"For right now we are at the front door steps of actully having a atheist movement with the web. I say give in 10 years time you will see a new shift towards atheism. Most of our generation is so connected now and information spreads like the plauge now. It is only a matter of time till sites like these breed with people creeping out from the cracks finally figuring out that "its okay to be atheist"

I completely agree. I know society as a whole is moving towards atheism, it's inevitable. The Greeks, Egyptians, Romans, etc have all moved past polytheism towards monotheism and eventually (hopefully) atheism. The Vatican, itself, makes new allowances, interpretations and recognitions every year in fear of losing their flock. As with everything progressive, change is slow, but I'm hopeful.

I worry about this. I read an article in "Wired" once about the fear of science becoming a new religion. I never considered it. This is why I wrote: "Sometimes I wonder if Atheism will ever become dogmatic" I don't know how to really convey my feelings. By joining this site, are we segregating ourselves because we don't believe in God... could you join this site if you did believe in God? Would you join a christian/Jewish/Muslim site? Basically, I'm saying: I am an Atheist, but I don't want Atheism to be me.
