NO! Look at their energy transmissions, approx. 40% of their planetary energy output involves the fabrication, promotion, testing, and use of weapons. I think we should just wait till they kill each other, then walk in and harvest materials as we need with little conflict! Anyway, we can get a safer tan at one of the L5 positions in their planets orbit. LOL
