I used to say, "menstruation is murder -- keep 'em all pregnant" -- which can be taken several ways(and did get me in some hot water at times). The intention was to rile the "lifers" into such a state of dissonance(because it is real male chauvinistic) that they would reconsider their positions.

These brave souls (as am I) are obviously "choicers" using hyperbole to get heir point across.

Not that i necessarily agree with anything thing that is said here, but we menstruate every month because nature intended for us to be able to get pregnant that often.

Menstruation is no more an act of murder than is the loss of a finger. It would take an incredibly simple, feeble frame of mind, to make that "next logical step", dummkopf.

I'm a christian, as well as anti-abortion. And I saw the flaws with this "logical step" immediately. Get a clue. Preferably, though, get a brain. Anyone capable of making and believing this "next logical step" is a shame to all with whom they associate. Please do not make this generalization; do not judge us by them. This "argument" against pro-life people is not only useless, it makes you look like quite the ignorant jackass.

You saying I'm ignorant? If so, try something else; I've known that for years. Just last night, even, I was talking with some friends about how appearances *can* be decieving. I said "Take me, for example! On the surface, I'm an ignorant, arrogant, overconfident jackass!" As Lawrence started saying about how I do tend to act like one sometimes, I interrupted with "however, if you scratch that surface, and look a little bit closer....you will find that I AM actually an ignorant, arrogant, overconfident, jackass!"
