Perhaps that last line doesn't need to be there...no prude here, just think that maybe the third line is sufficient to get the point across without the added shock value..

The original of this saying only has the last 2 lines, for those complaining about the last line. In fact, it emphasized the last line! THAT'S THE MOST IMPORTANT LINE, GUYS! It's disturbing to you? Well good! It's SUPPOSED to be disturbing! Shit!

Yeh... I wasn't actually the one who posted it (someone got a hold of my computer!) but I have to agree with Galen. I feel the last line drives the point home; it's meant to be jarring.
