What this says is actually fairly true. Science isn't in the business of truth. That's a misconception a lot of people have. There are things science has said in the past that have been proven wrong, YES. That's the point. Science is constantly correcting itself, it doesn't claim to know all, and it shouldn't. It has laws, yes, but unlike the ten commandments in religion, these laws are physical laws and cannot ever be defied, EVER. That is why you see such a small portion of science stating truth. Those are the laws. The rest of it is just observable evidence. Everyday, we find new things about our world and the universe that you simply cannot create laws in science. Nature doesn't follow millions of rules, it is only governed by a few that have nothing to do with morality. Religion isn't going to say it doesn't know, because if it did, it wouldn't be worth being religious, now would it? It's instills fear by stating "facts" that, as of today, have NEVER been proven. So there you go. Science trumps religion.
