I think we should organise some funding to get this put on billboards in Kentucky?
I didn't realize the original Ark had a gift shop.
I still need to know how all the carnivore animals were supposed to eat.
THAT's your one question? :D
What about what the plant eaters eat, as that requires FAR more volume per unit critter.
What about the volume of waste produced, and how to get it overboard with the few actual humans available for cleaning duties (Doodies?)
What about the volume of clean drinking water required for all them critters....its raining, but, if you compare the surface area exposed to the volume of critters and the typical water needs, they dehydrate in the time frame described....and if not, the boat drowns the occupants like a pee filled pool.
....and what about the 48 or so known species of woodpeckers? That's 96 woodpeckers on a wooden boat with nothing to do all day!!
@Reg...you're killing me Dude. :))))
To say nothing of termites...
I think they weasel around the species by implying that KINDS is a magic word...so if you bring 2 puppies (They take less room than a full grown dog), it doesn't matter what species , it will then "evolve" into all the wolves and fox and dingoes and so forth....and, of course, the cute 'lil puppies will know how to get THEIR cute 'lil puppies to Austalia, Africa, India, and so forth, w/o getting eaten by the baby T-Rex, the baby bears, the baby eagles, and all the other wee baby ark-sized critters that need meat to live...and only have ~ 2 or so of each to eat before the planet runs out of meat.
If they eat ONE of the two of that "kind", well, THAT kind goes extinct.
Some species of course essentially have more than two "sexes", and, as to the termites for example, there are no two termites that would survive and be able to repopulate the planet.
Birds and other insects, etc, would eat them while they tried anyway...and so forth.
You're right about the use of the word "kind." In fact, apparently any and all "worms" are the same kind. Never mind that there's not just a number of species in a genus there, but that there are five entire phyla of worms out there.
