True, we have to have take a test to be able to drive a car, but any basketcase can have a child.

Bear with me here, as I will explain, but although his presentation was admittedly a bit crude, and though he may not himself have understood the full ramifications of what he was saying, I must say that kOrsan was not entirely off-base in saying that Muslim women must share the responsibility.

Some years ago, a group of women united and decided to defy the ban in Saudi Arabia, against women driving cars, they gassed up and went. It made the news world-wide.

Ghandi ran the British out of India entirely without employing violence, primarily because his followers were organized and were willing to endure whatever punishments and injuries necessary to accomplish their goals. If enough Muslim women were willing to say, "No!" to male tyranny on the part of Muslim men, and willing to face injury and even death for their cause, the more injuries and deaths their movement brought about, the greater the International focus on the practices that initiated the conflict, and the greater the likelihood that Human Rights Organizations would step in and attempt to resolve the conflict. This could result, at the very least, in a compromise toward a more secular culture in which the rights of women would be improved.

But most of these women have been so brainwashed into believing that the Quran is truly the word of Allah, that they fear not only their men, but their god. At least Ghandi's people had only a real, physical enemy with which to contend, not a supernatural one.

I'm not at all surprised that Muslim women would not want to risk injury or death to violate what they might believe are the dictates of their deity, but at least the alternative to endurance is open to them.

I have seen first hand in downtown Sydney what is expected of women, and what happens to children.

Muslim girl of fourteen living in Redfern, was sneaking out to meet her Australian boyfriend. She was beaten to death with a rubber hose. Parents sent to jail.

A practicing muslim woman, no hajib - living in Sydney with gorgeous husband and three kids, was showing me photos of herself and sisters from Afghanistan. In Sydney, no hajib and showing her arms, and she had cut her hair.

When she went back to Afghanistan, on comes the hajib, off comes the makeup, and on goes the sack. She would bring dishonour to her family, and her father would beat her if she went back to see her family without muslim gear. This is a married woman, not a kid. She had two daughters who would not be having their clitoris cut off.

Second case, Australian woman with Australian son who married a Phillipino muslim woman, had a daughter, who was taken back to the Phillipines to have her clitorus cut off. Baby was fourteen months old.

You do need to look at pictures and read articles, if you don't get the connection of what the muslim girl was doing and why, and the repercussions of her being an apologist for the shite that muslims dish out. It all connected.

@archaeopteryx  Exhaust pipe. Reminds me of when Polish jokes were commonplace. "What do you have when you see a man with his lips wrapped around a car tailpipe? Answer: A Polish terrorist who's been told to blow up a car."

Now let me be clear, I'm not anti-Polish. All the Poles I ever knew were above average in every way and the Polish girls were the hottest chicks in my high school.

Beaten to death with a rubber hose? Was no iron pipe available? No pistol? Now, see, this is how having gun control can go wrong. A bullet to the brain would have been much more humane.

@Unseen - Nah - Parents did not want this to be quick - slow and tortuous is the aim of the game.

Whether they wear a full covering isnt specific in the Quran - Im just looking around and it just says to stay modest or it instructs the man to make sure the women stay modest

The Quran only says to wear the Hijab. The Burqa and and Niqab you see women wear in the Middle East comes for Arab traditions which all have been conveniently made it into part of the law one time or another. But originally Muhammad's time, Hijab was all you needed

Each time we sleep with a Houri we find her virgin. Besides, the penis of the Elected never softens. The erection is eternal; the sensation that you feel each time you make love is utterly delicious and out of this world and were you to experience it in this world you would faint. Each chosen one [i.e. Muslim] will marry seventy [sic] houris, besides the women he married on earth, and all will have appetizing vaginas.” – Al-Suyuti, Al-Itqan fi Ulum al-Qur’an, p. 351
