Looks cuddly.

I ran into someone once who owned a black throated monitor and they were raising it to be completely comfortable around humans and apparently they let it run loose in their house (no word on how they housetrained it); the most docile pleasant critter you could imagine, it let me (a total stranger) scratch its back.

Maybe they named it "Dino"

I think that was in a deleted scene from 'Jurassic Park' which of course was renamed from Michael Crichton's original title: 'The Jesus Lizards'.
