That's Lando Calrissian, who appears Star Wars 5 & 6. If I recall correctly, he was the original owner of the Millennium Falcon until Han Solo won it from him in a bet.

Nina, you are the ONLY human on the planet older than, say, 5 who hasn't seen those movies. And of course there are those geeks, like me, who have made up for your lack of watching them by watching them a number of times for you. Think if it like the Mormon's baptismal by proxy - except this is Star Wars by Proxy. :)
