This picture really does tell a little story which my wife Judith failed to mention when she posted the pic. Brechtje is the mother in the picture taking a picture of herself and first child Ton. I am a home birth midwife and yesterday evening I made a home visit to check on her progress and when I asked Ton if he was looking forward to meeting his new sister or brother soon (here children are often in on the birth of siblings because it aids bonding and inclusion) he excitedly told me how he was hoping something akin to an Alien creature was going to come out of his Mama to be his new playmate ! By the time I got home about midnight Brechtje had mailed my wife and I this pic of herself and I told Judith the story after which Judith modified the pic to that which you now see. Do not worry, Brechtje has seen it and OK'ed it's publication !
