The Tharsis region of Mars superimposed on Earth. This area is crucial for any crewed, permanent presence on Mars. In volcanic regions the Period Table lays itself out underground in nice layers based on elemental density; making mining for elements on the table very straightforward. This is a goldmine (quite literally) for any permanent colony.
