Love this...

When my kids were little I told them that there's a god, but he loves all his children. I told them no religion was right and that we are no better than anyone else. That people call god by different names because they were from different parts of the world. I was afraid, at the time, of the stigma of atheism and I didn't want them to fear death. When they got old enough, I told them the truth. Around the ages of eight and ten. I have two kids, two years apart. They were old enough not to advertise my beliefs and I felt they were ready. I guess I was a coward, but I believe I prevented them from being treated like a devil worshippers.

It's so hard living in a religious country. I still can't get over how a seemly intelligent person could believe that crap and dispute science.
