Comment by James Cox on November 14, 2012 at 2:12pm Sadly, over the years I have noticed the sad state of science education.
I have a radical's memory, which sometimes places me in the 'out' catagory. During junior high, I was one of the young darlings of the science department. One weekend, kids broke into the department and tried to open a locked drawer that was thought to contain money.
On the first day back to school we found that the folks that attempted the breakin had tried to use every nieve method of access, but failed to open the drawer. Looking at the damage it was clear that they had a crow-bar, but did not understand how to use it as a lever, messing up the front of the drawer. If memory serves, we had had a series of simple mechanics classes before the event, maybe the kids failed to take in the classes? Science can be useful even for criminals!

But it is - the Republican Party Headquarters is full of it.
Comment by Dale Headley on November 14, 2012 at 2:30pm Does this idiot not realize that people pee? No matter how much we drink, it's all returned to the environment in the form of either urination or perspiration.
Comment by James Cox on November 14, 2012 at 2:36pm In this one case, perspiration seems the only option, a little like some field mice! LOL
Comment by James Cox on November 14, 2012 at 2:38pm If there were no bacteria, we would be buried under animal remains from the beginning of earths history, a much more icky state of affairs!
Comment by Unseen on November 14, 2012 at 3:22pm Show me the unused water, please. I think it's all been used.
I suggest that most of that unused water is in the icebergs. Doah!!
They make the waves when they go up and down in the sea. Must be true as he told me and he knows these things way better than Atheists.
