Thats what a secular humanist believes. Atheists just lack faith in all deities. However obviously an atheist can also be humanist (like me)
I am a nihilist. I believe in NOTHING, Lebowski!
I dont believe and accept things by running on automatic, I know, and understand things by thinking and using my own consciousness on love, empathy and compassion to decide my decisions and choices the best I can that would benefit myself and others, the best I can, where policy usually fails and often violates basic human rights for the majority to support a elite minority.
ǝllǝıuɐp - I like your definition.
