Comment by Kris Feenstra on March 28, 2012 at 3:00pm The anti-evolution iceberg used to be large enough to support an entire city. It has been rapidly shrinking over the decades. Those standing at the centre of the iceberg might not yet accept their predicament, but those on the fringes are increasingly more willing to take the lifeboats offered by science instead of drowning in the icy depths of the cold, black ocean.
The micro vs. macroevolution argument might have been tricky to handle at one point, but science is increasingly revealing this line of argumentation for what it really is: grasping at straws.
