You wouldn't believe the baby talk that goes on around here.
Lol I might. I have three fuzzy chins that eat my shoes, books and power cords if left unattended. Yet I babble at them as though they are small children. My cats well when had them was a constant discussion about not jumping on counters or tables. Double sided sticky tape did wonders at ending the problem.
How long did you have to leave the tape up?
lol the sticky tape is quite an image.
unseen-I believe cat teeth are "designed" to hold bacteria...something about ridges on the back side...
@Nina, in that case you say they will have to change the cat's opinion of them? That seems to be quite a high bar!
i left it about a day. pretty much took about a day for cats to decide tape was evil. tuggers was quickest to give up counters she had a fit between it attacking her paws then her mouth then finally her tail. it wasn't worth it to her. though the fact i laughed at her predicament may have something to do with it. only thing hurt was her pride.
It's taken me a while to train Squeaky not to try to wake me up, but now she simply comes into my bedroom, lays down against me, and sleeps until I wake up. But then, when I get up, she just runs all around with her tail raised high. She's so happy and playful. I can almost hear her saying "It's a brand new day! It's a brand new day!" It's infectious.
