Oh hell yah I LOVE Sedona!!!!!!! That totally looks like Sedona now that you said that. I couldn't quite place it.

I enjoy hiking, but I am not "avid." I am waiting until my son is old enough to be trusted to "STOP" on command no questions asked. Until he is old enough (ie Mature enough) I won't be hitting any back country. For now we stick with short trails and parks...if you want an adventure, in sedona you can rent jeeps and go off roading..they also have planes that will take you up (if you have the dough...)

Yah New Mexico is beautiful....I wish I could move back....

This looks like it's on top of a mountain. Magnificent. Reminds me of the Sandia Mountains in certain parts.

Northern New Mexico has SO many great places...check out the Anasazi ruins while you're there, a must see. They lived in Pueblos there for a long time, and then abandoned them and moved on up to what is now Southern UT and lived on really steep high dangerous one knows why. Some suspect canibalism(and religion) was involved in this migration because there is a shit ton of evidence all over the Site in New Mexico...something went down...anyway,if you want a really difficult hike, those ruins in UT will do the trick!!!! Make sure you know how to propell yourself!!!
