Share '*grr* I've tried making Yogurt FOUR times now. Need some tips! Please!'
It hasn't set up into a custard like consistency.
I'm heating it to 180 degrees.
Letting it cool but is there a temp it should cool to?
Then adding a tablespoon of yogurt with active culture in it.
Then putting it with a quart of boiling water, in the oven with the light on
for four hours but it NEVER sets up?
What am I doing wrong??
