According to Pew's report on religious composition of the 113th congress more people in Congress identified themselves as atheist, agnostic or none; it's still only 10 members however that's twice as many as the last Congress.  It's also likely that the true number is much higher.  Is this "Progress of a sort" as Hitch used to say?  The same article claims atheists, agnostics and "nones" account…
