Share 'Does the West prefer Spielbergesque catastrophies?'
The west seems to love fast moving disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, and hurricanes. Slow moving crisis such as hunger on the Horn of Africa or the Sahel goes mostly ignored. Why?
