The Vatican recently released a new commemorative medal for Pope Francis.
One side depicts Francis. The other side depicts a scene and a biblical phrase in Latin: "Vidit ergo Lesus publicanum et quia miserando atque eligendo vidit, ait illi sequere me."
The phrase means: "Therefore, Lesus saw the tax collector, and because he saw, by having mercy and by choosing, He said to him, "Follow me."
Oops. There's no letter J or U in the classical Latin alphabet so JESUS is actually spelled IESVS.
I wonder what his mother, The Virgin Lary, would think of that.
