Lobo is one of DC's characters. In this issue, he travels to an Islamic planet, whose natives can blow themselves up by pushing themselves on the head (after yelling INFIDEL). At the end, he even becomes the caliph of the planet and kills all the muslims. This is one of my favorite comic series. Lobo Unbound.
