All the noise about disillusionment, free will, etc. is just argument over content and not the central tenet of Atheism. As a matter of fact, I'm curious as to why my reason is not a choice. Very fishy smell here. Considering this is allegedly a site for actually thinking....

    Hi, Andy. I just joined TA and was searching for "East Texas," as I live in Longview and don't know anyone in the area who is not religious (and it is often frustrating). I saw a comment you wrote saying there is a freethinkers' group that meets monthly in E. Texas. Is there a site for the group, or could you give me some information about it?
