That question above; I feel that I need to say what I meant by "Other", you know it kinda starts being this great big question!
But I can't answer because what I think I am is not listed. Does this mean that I'm a non-catagory? Does this mean that my friends and I have to re-think our opinion?
No. None of the above. It is quite obvious that room dictates how many answers one can pre-define. Or guess. Or bother about.
I; myself, am an anti-THESIST.
I not only disbelieve in gods, I don't like them. Any of them. Except the invisible spaghetti monster and the weird teapot thing. OOoh! I quite like Thor too.
Why are you here?
I Stumbled Upon a page with the story of a class with no teacher and really liked it.
So I thought I would join. Is that a problem?
Why you left your religion.
Once again I feel a little bit put out by the above question. I think you people (editorial staff) should have a look at most atheist views. I would argue that most atheists have never belonged nor left any religion.
Thinking about this one I feel that I may have to put my hands up and apologise. I was being subjective and I know that a lot of people around this world do not have a choice. At least not the choice that I had.
So to answer the above question:
My Mum was a Catholic and my Dad was an atheist.
Neither of them pushed their belief.
