Why you left your religion.

After years of horrible things happening to me, and no help even though I begged and pleaded for some kind of scrap of relief, my faith was critically wounded. As I got used to the idea of rejecting religion and the God I had been raised to believe in, I became more and more comfortable in my new outlook on life, the universe, and any kind of god.
