Welcome, Jen. In addition to Heather's usual good advice, you might have some luck searching for a behavioral psychologist who specializes in addiction illness. Here is one I found for starters. Shop around and tell each one up-front that you don't accept supernatural approaches to medical treatment. I wish you the best of luck for a full recovery.
I'm glad I could regurgitate something useful. I've struggled with alcohol in my past, but I know that the personal anecdotes of one person cannot compare to the support of a community. I hope you can find a group that can give you the support you need to overcome your own struggles. I also hope to see you are here again if this is a community that can give you what you need.
