    Hey, welcome aboard.  I am intrigued by atheists who live in societies where islam is widespread.  When I was a member of Religious Forum, there seemed to be more Muslims who treated their scripture literally than there are Christians in the West who treat the bible literally.  But of course I'm basing that on a pretty small number of people, so it's nice to have someone like you here who can hopefully give us an idea of what it's really like out there.
