Profile Information:

Your Religious Status
Secular/Nonreligious/Agnostic
About Me:
I am an Egyptian student and I am very interested in studying different religions. I am a firm believer in skepticism and I love discussing spiritual and religious issues with different people but in a well-ordered and civilized manner. I believe one of things that our world most desperately needs is tolerance towards all religions and freedom of speech, especially the freedom to criticize religion, and I hope that I will contribute to achieving this goal not through aggression but through reason and debate.
Age
13-18
Relationship Status
Single
Why are you here?
I hope I can meet wise people who are capable of having reasonable and logical debates without aggression.
The religion you left
Islam
Why you left your religion.
Volatire said that "Doubt is not a pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd". Almost all people I see are brainwashed since they are babies to never even doubt their religion, and this leads to a generation of ignorant people who know nothing about their religion but still claim to practice it. I want to be an exception.

Hey Amr, welcome to TA! I see w are the same age, it's really impressing to see free thinkers coming among ignorance and intolerance in the Middle-East. Certainly we have to meet up so if you're feeling free in a wednesday, you can join us in downtown. I see you like Edvard Greig ;D
