When writing up a new post, I'd like a button something like "Post this in 5 minutes" (or X minutes). Too often, I notice errors or improvements to take care of after I've posted, and often I even use up the entire 15 minutes of edit time before I'm really satisfied with the post.

Pope Paul, under the the "tags" box there is a section where you can select the exact date and time you want to post it .
