people think atheists are bad

For awhile now ive been an atheist and when i tell people i am they think i am a horrible person. What i want to know is whats so bad about atheism? Of course my answer is nothing.

    People think that because that's what they've been told. All their life, they've been told that God makes them good and those without good can't be good, and a lot of them have probably never met an atheist.

    When they do, it scares them. It scares them because what once was a fairy tale is staring them in the face. They didn't think atheists actually existed. Your proof their doubts are all too real and their God is all too false.
