For those who want to kick their own asses..HIIT it!!! (High Intensity Interval Training)....
I got a present of a FitBit when in Florida last Thanksgiving. I have worn it everyday since and try to do a minimum of 10,000 steps a day. I just joined a gym (for the pool) for the first time in my life too but I also have a local park to use for my running.
Ahhh, I just go to the outdoor gym every other day for 20 minutes, and I usually walk an hour or two hours a day. It's really nice to use the machines in the outdoor with the sun coming up, and dogs coming up to say hello. Except for the one that pissed on my coat.
