Last week, Punxsutawney Phil predicted six more weeks of winter. Brr! Another month and a half of frigid temperatures means more of us running our heat. Here are some fun ways to warm yourself from the inside out and maybe keep your hands off of that thermostat!

What's better? For me a cup of coffee and/or hot chocolate. Sometimes I combine the two. I do like tea sometimes. I did a lot of tea when I was preggers looking for teas that were natural and didn't have caffeine and such.

Think: 1... Drinking Tea liquor with salt thrice a day cures running nose, 2...Half cup hot tea mixed with half cup cold water if gulped cures diarrhea, 3...Spent tea leaves can be used as good source of natural textile dye, 4...Smoke of spent tea leaves repels house flies and mosquitoes, 5...Tea consumed with honey strengthens gum, 5...Rea is good source of antioxidants.
