It hasn't set up into a custard like consistency.


I'm heating it to 180 degrees.


Letting it cool but is there a temp it should cool to?


Then adding a tablespoon of yogurt with active culture in it.


Then putting it with a quart of boiling water, in the oven with the light on for four hours but it NEVER sets up?


What am I doing wrong??

Thanks for the idea? Where did you get it?
If you are using pasturized milk from a store it has been subjected with too many antibiotics to culture. It just won't work. I suggest going vegan and forget the dairy yogurt and all dairy products. Better for you and the planet.
Thanks for the recommendation but that's not going to happen. Still looking for ways to make my own work out.
