Hello everyone!
A little background to this post to help out with my question. I am a student ambassador for a program called S.T.E.M. ( Science. Technology. Engineering. Mathematics.) We work in local cities with schools and we help to increase the interest in the STEM disciplines. When we visit with the school we usually have an activity and information on how the activity is going to help them learn about a certain STEM field.
I am looking for more activities for our group to use. We usually have between 1 & 2 hours to do the activities and we have a decent financial backing. We visit classrooms with K-8 students so I would like them to be appropriate for those ages. So, if you have any ideas that you have see, please post them and if there is a website, video, or instructions that are related to it I would appreciate a link to them as well.
Thanks everyone!

One of my favorites involves hands-on aerodynamics via "walkalong gliders" (aka "indoor slope soaring"). How-to at: http://sites.google.com/site/controllableslopesoaring/
