@Ryan,

Page198 here (beware, this link downloads the entire book):

If that's not enough, here's the google term I used to search for it:

clone OR clones OR cloning "daniel dennett" brainstorms

I'm starting Penn Jillette's "Everyday is an Atheist Holiday."

Comment by Ryan E. Hoffman on November 18, 2013 at 6:16pm

I'm finding many references to, but none of the actual writing of Daniel Dennet on the subject of cloning. Any help?

“Simply delicious fun from start to finish” is how Kirkus Reviews described the second novel by Laury A. Egan, "The Outcast Oracle," in its starred review. Being released today by Humanist Press, "The Outcast Oracle" is about a teenage girl, but it’s a book for any adult who remembers the traumas of adolescence and the shock of discovering that religion is not all it’s cracked up to be.

An original multimedia collection of lauded humanist poetry is the latest offering from Humanist Press, the expanding publishing arm of the American Humanist Association. "Questions About God" from humanist poet Stephen Perry, being released today, is being called “. . . an excitingly different read” by the New York Journal of Books, as well as “challenging and thought-provoking,” by Midwest Book Review, concluding that “Questions About God delves into fundamental mysteries with a unique and insightful flair.” The ebook contains 25 of the author’s creative photos and photo montages, as well as his dramatic reading of a number of poems, including the 121-line title poem.

So this group really needs updating. Plenty of us readers, but hardly anything current going on. As an atheist reader AND writer, I'll be suggesting my own book soon, but hey, where is everyone?

John Medina's  - Brain Rules just finished it with an overwhelming sense of OH WOW that's why I do that! Explains in Lay terms how ones brain works!
