Have you shared the fact that you are an atheist with those around you?
I was just wondering if any of you had told your families/friends that you're an atheist, since that's a dilema I'm facing these days. If yes, how was it received? If not, do you still pretend to be a Muslim?

I still pretend as muslim. I still have to fast in Ramdan, I am worker of a political party so sometime I have to go Islamic funeral ceremony of prominent ppl of our area. Although I have not have all the fasts in Ramdan but I do attend few political Iftar meeting. In real life sharing with someone that I am an atheist in our area/community/social class is not possible yet it means standing in front of death.
