Yeah, I know all about Pluto's status. I'm not sentimental about such things and I find it amusing when people feel sad about a celestial body not being considered a planet anymore (like that actually meant something for anyone except us).

Yes. I followed his twitter and I was informed.

His book, that I did not read, "The Pluto Files" and the Pluto incident left people writing hate mail to Dr. Tyson. In a video he explained how a 10 year old boy sent him a letter written with Crayola's asking him "What has Pluto done to you?"

If you search for his Pluto arguments, you will see why it was the right thing to do.

He appeared in the latest episode of The Big Bang Theory. Apparently Sheldon is not a fan of Neil (you know, with the whole Pluto "incident").

I think, he contributed to my understanding of science and reasonable thinking more than Richard Dawkins.

I am sure you will enjoy his debates. He is a person that I, personally, put it in the same tier as Richard Dawkins, Sam Harris, Christopher Hitchens.
