Whats up? I love metal everything from Despised Icon to Behemoth. Deathcore, Death Metal, Black metal, its all good. I have seen whitechapel, in flames, amon amarth, unearth, BTBAM, all that remains, ABR, A life once lost, and a whole bunch of others live.

Hey, everyone. Hopefully I'll find some good "real" metal to listen to, I always seem to gravitate toward pop bands like tool, Deftones, and Iniquity :( I feel like a total lightweight, lol.

I'm an old-school metal head (44 now), and raising my sons in the metal tradition ;) Right now we're having a blast playing Guitar Hero-Metallica together - it has given my eldest son a newfound appreciation for Kirk Hammett's guitar playing.

I just rediscovered an old song that probably were instrumental in making me seriously doubt the merits of religion. Clawfinger - Two Sides. Yes, Clawfinger is one of the very earliest forms of rap-metal but it is light years past the influx of less than mediocre bands that followed Limp Bizkit.
